SICK LEAVE BANK
The TOTEM Association Sick Leave Bank is to provide paid leave for employees who have personal health problems requiring leave for extended periods of time and who have used all their own personal leave. TOTEM employees who have contributed six hours of leave annually are eligible to participate.

CATASTROPHIC LEAVE BANK
Catastrophic leave donations are available to TOTEM members that have exhausted all of their other leave options. Leave donations from other members are on a voluntary basis. More information regarding the Sick Leave Bank or Catastrophic Leave is available by contacting the TOTEM office.
