Recognition for Professional Certificates

TOTEM members have the opportunity to receive a 2% to 7% increase in their base wage for professional certificates and degrees. ASD and TOTEM recognize the following certification programs:

• Professional Standards Program (PSP)

• Certified Professional Secretary (CPS)

• HELP Assessment Test and Review

• 48 College Semester Credits
